Trying to Decide if ChinchillaPlace.com Should start a Chinchilla Forum

I am not sure if these are the type of discussions people are having here, but I had a question. I was wondering if anyone here has ever started a forum and if they could offer some advise. We are considering adding one to www.Chinchillaplace.com. I added a poll to see what people think of the idea.
